Permanent full time opportunity to undertake the leadership and management of the Mental Health Court Liaison Service (CLS) across Southern Queensland in collaboration with the Clinical Director CLS. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:  Provide advanced level leadership, clinical and operational management in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of a coordinated Mental Health CLS across Southern Queensland. A high level of initiative and professional judgement is required in carrying out these duties.  Provide specialist advice to the Operations Director, Queensland Forensic Mental Health Service on matters relating to the provision of Mental Health Court Liaison Services and lead service development and planning.  Participate in and lead research and quality assurance activities.  Provide operational management of the team to ensure it meets its objectives in terms of service delivery and that staff members adhere to policies and procedures. This includes attendance at court sites on a regular basis for the purpose of monitoring and oversight, maintenance of stakeholder relationships, and supervision.
