About the role As Manager, Public Relations, you'll lead NWHHS communication and engagement strategies, ensuring meaningful connections between health services and the community. In this role, you will: Provide strategic advice to the Board and Executive on communication and consumer engagement. Lead delivery of the NWHHS Consumer Engagement Plan and Partnering with Consumers Standard. Manage media relations, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement activities. Develop consistent messaging aligned with NWHHS strategic goals. Build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Coach and support staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive communication services. Requirements Whilst not mandatory a relevant tertiary qualification such as Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Media will be well regarded. Experience in a health-based environment would be desirable.
