About the work unit / facility: The Homeless Health Outreach Team (HHOT) is part of the Mental Health Service Group at Townsville Hospital and Health Service. HHOT delivers outreach-based mental health, dual diagnosis, and alcohol and drug services to individuals experiencing homelessness or unstable housing. The team works collaboratively with crisis accommodation providers, shelters, and rehabilitation services to ensure equitable access to care for vulnerable populations. About your opportunity: As a Senior Allied Health Clinician, you will provide case management, mental health assessment, and intervention to individuals experiencing homelessness. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-oriented care, collaborate with external agencies, and support the professional development of junior staff.
