Your new role: As a Clinical Nurse within the Trauma Service at Princess Alexandra Hospital, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering specialist trauma care across a diverse and complex patient group. Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll provide advanced clinical leadership, contribute to trauma education and data collection, and ensure excellence in every aspect of patient care. In this role, you will: Deliver and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for trauma patients with complex needs. Lead trauma rounding, nursing assessments, and tertiary surveys with clinical precision. Collaborate across Surgical, Orthopaedic, Medical, Allied Health, and Rehabilitation teams. Contribute to research, education, and the Australia New Zealand Trauma Registry through data collection and review. About you: You are an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse with advanced clinical and critical thinking skills and a passion for trauma and acute surgical care. You thrive in high-pressure environments and enjoy leading, mentoring, and educating others to uphold the highest standards of patient care. You will bring: At least 3 years' experience in surgical, trauma, or acute care nursing. Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills in complex clinical settings.
