Your new role: As a Nurse Educator, you will lead and deliver education and development initiatives that build capability and support best practice across the Transit Care Hub and Nursing and Midwifery Resource Unit. Design, implement and evaluate innovative education programs that align with organisational priorities and the Queensland Framework for Lifelong Learning. Collaborate with Nurse Unit Managers, Clinical Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to enhance nursing practice and workforce capability. Provide expert guidance, mentorship and clinical education to support nurses at all levels of practice. Contribute to research, quality improvement and evidence-based initiatives that advance patient care and professional development.
