About the roleAs a Clinical Measurements Scientist (Cardiac), you will provide high-quality cardiac clinical measurement services within the Cardiac Sciences Unit at The Prince Charles, Redcliffe, and Caboolture Hospitals. You will contribute to diagnostic excellence, multidisciplinary care, and ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities- Perform routine cardiac diagnostic procedures such as ECG, echocardiography, cardiac catheterisation, and electrophysiology testing.- Apply clinical judgement and ensure quality, safety, and ethical standards in all cardiac measurements.- Participate in after-hours on-call rosters and regional cardiac services.- Support and educate students and less experienced practitioners in cardiac clinical measurements.- Contribute to clinical improvement, research, and protocol development within the Cardiac Sciences Unit.
