About the Role Our client, a leading company in the aluminium extrusion industry, is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with industry experience who's eager to develop new skills and advance within a supportive environment. Day shift (6am-2pm): $33.38/hr Afternoon shift (2pm-10pm): $38.39/hr Night shift (10pm-6am): $43.39/hr (Rotating weekly: Nights → Afternoons → Days) Key Responsibilities Manage die ovens and die boards Load and transfer dies to and from the press Maintain a continual flow of production Lead metal out and support extrusion processes Ensure safe and efficient operation at all times Skills & Experience Previous experience in aluminium extrusion or similar manufacturing environment Ability to stretch aluminium to required standards Experience operating finishing saws and handling equipment Understanding of profile drawings and good numerical ability Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role Willingness to work rotating shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join?
