Workshop Trades Assistant – Dandenong Join a busy and supportive workshop team based in Dandenong! This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role offering immediate start and ongoing employment for the right candidate. As a Workshop Trades Assistant, you’ll work closely with Tradesmen, Leading Hands, and the Workshop Coordinator to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely work. You’ll take pride in maintaining a safe and tidy workspace while helping deliver equipment and services to meet internal and external customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Follow all safe work practices and company procedures. Mount, assemble, service, and repair equipment as required. Accurately record work hours and maintain a clean, organised workstation. Assist other workshop staff when directed. Work closely with other departments to achieve on-time, quality output. What We’re Looking For: Previous workshop or mechanical experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
