We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators & Production Workers to join leading food and pharmaceutical manufacturers located in the South East and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. These are ongoing Monday to Friday roles across Day and Afternoon shifts, with strong potential for permanent full-time employment for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain machinery safely and efficiently Monitor and maintain line performance to ensure smooth production Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed for optimal output Set up, strip down, clean, and reassemble filling and packing equipment Pack and label products accurately and efficiently Conduct quality checks and make adjustments to ensure compliance with product standards To be successful, you will need: Previous machine operation experience in a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment Knowledge of HACCP and GMP (highly regarded) Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (essential) Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation Capability to lift up to 25kg Appropriate PPE , including a clean pair of safety shoes If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.
