We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Analyst to join our Quality and Compliance team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Team Leader. Description About the Role • Develop, monitor and improve manufacturing and process quality—ensuring consistent product quality, compliance with customer-specific and contract manufacturing requirements, and alignment of quality systems with GME's overall business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and process owners to develop, document, and standardise business processes that focus on quality outcomes—using tools such as process mapping, flowcharts, and swim lanes—to ensure clarity, efficiency, and consistent integration of quality requirements across new and existing operations. • Develop and support contract manufacturing quote to delivery processes to ensure customer requirements are captured and delivered throughout the end-to-end process. • Support in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including the development of work instructions, process flows, and quality control plans to ensure smooth and high-quality product launches. • Lead the implementation and adherence to documented processes across all business and new product development projects. • Ensure all activities comply with secure manufacturing protocols, protecting sensitive information, IP, and controlled products. • Provide guidance and support to project teams on the application of documented processes and quality requirements. • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. • Participate in internal and external audits (including, but not limited to, ISO9001, ISO14001, AS9100, TUV, etc.), ensuring GME’s continued certification and compliance. About You • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and documenting business processes and managing document control systems. • Demonstrated experience in ensuring project compliance with documented processes and identifying areas for improvement. • Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives within a quality management system. • Strong grasp of quality assurance methods and their practical application. • Familiarity in preparing for and supporting internal and external audits (e.g., ISO9001, AS9100 standards) is advantageous.
