About the role A great opportunity has arisen for a passionate Quality Assurance Supervisor, reporting to the Quality Assurance Operations Manager, within our Chef Fresh function. You'll be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control processes and compliance to ensure our site meets all testing and verification requirements. You'll also work closely with our Production Team to ensure compliance with the process control program through line monitoring and verification processes. About you and your skills You’ll have experience working within a similar food manufacturing environment Hold a bachelor’s degree in food technology and related sciences Experience working in a Meat and Poultry environment A sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Change Management, HACCP and FSP You'll excel in a leadership role collaborating with team members and managers to deliver KPIs To work at pace, lead change and promote a culture of continuous improvement What’s in it for you?
