Position Profile We are seeking applications from enthusiastic and dynamic individuals for the position of Scientific Officer to join our Tobacco Control Compliance team in the Public Health Regulation Directorate. The Tobacco Control Compliance team is responsible for the administration of the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 and regulating the sale and supply of tobacco products across Western Australia. As Scientific Officer you will be responsible for investigating matters and taking appropriate enforcement action, making robust and well-reasoned decisions relating to licence applications, providing recommendations on legislative matters, and assisting with other public health regulation functions.
