Corporate Services Officer Pay Rate: $44.00 - p/h Super Hours of work: 8am - 4pm | Monday - Friday Pre Employment Checks: Police Check / 2 x References Primary purpose of the role: Based in Penrith, the Corporate Services Support Officer provides business support assistance and effective concierge services as the first point of contact for external stakeholders offering a welcoming front of house experience for clients and colleagues. There will be one week handover training for this position Working as part of a team of 3 Key accountabilities: Greet and welcome members of the public, guests and staff attending the offices in a friendly and professional manner, including maintaining the daily visitor register ensuring passes are processed and ready for guest arrival Demonstrate a high standard of customer service in addressing enquiries by ensuring staff are provided with accurate and timely information Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records, correspondence and travel bookings and delivering on ad hoc requests as required to support effective operations Coordinate meetings and events whilst ensuring premises are clean and appropriately maintained to the extent of required resources and materials, including basic trouble shooting, operational security systems and the setup of audio visual equipment . Gather and compile information to prepare documentation in line with quality organisational requirements, complying with standards, facilitating information exchange and informed decision making Update and maintain records and databases, in alignment with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible Undertake continuous improvement activities by identifying new opportunities to improve service delivery Involves fleet management: booking cars for clients, dropping cars off to a location etc Organsing passes for contractors, helping organize rooms for meetings, events etc Admin tasks such as ordering stationary, picking up office supplies etc Working with Facilities Manager Requirements A valid NSW drivers’ licence is required for this role 2 checkable work references Criminal Record Check Do not wait, Apply NOW!
