We are now seeking a highly capable and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the board members. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive executive support to board members, including proactive diary management, scheduling, and confidential correspondence. Prepare and proofread reports, board papers, agendas, and presentations with accuracy, clarity, and discretion. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and logistics. Manage board meetings, committee meetings, and events, ensuring agendas and supporting documentation are distributed on time. Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact and representing the board with professionalism. Support governance and compliance requirements, maintaining accurate records and confidential files. Monitor deadlines and assist with project coordination, ensuring tasks are prioritised and delivered in a structured and orderly manner. Contribute to a positive corporate culture by building strong working relationships and assisting the leadership team where required. About You Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a senior administrative role, ideally supporting C-suite or board-level executives. Previous experience supporting executives in a listed company or an understanding of the mining/resources industry will be highly regarded. Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. A prudent, detail-focused, and responsible approach, with high levels of discretion and integrity. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom). Ability to work in a structured, methodical, and organised manner with clear follow-through. Bilingual ability is highly valued. Current full driver's licence and flexibility to travel regularly, both interstate and overseas.
