This is an exciting opportunity for an administration officer to join the Allied Health admin department in a Clinical Support Officer Administration role. The role will provide administrative and transactional support to the Allied Health care team as well as providing support to the administration team through the provision of general administration duties. This position has an interesting mixture of supporting patients and families to navigate services but also to support the Allied Health Heads of department with workforce and resource management matters. What you'll be doing The Clinical Support Officer will provide timely and accurate administrative/transactional services for members of the Allied Health care team under the direction of the Department Heads of Allied Health and the Administration Coordinator – Allied Health. The CSO will work under broad supervision but will be required to take some independent action. Scope exists for exercising initiative in the application of established work practices and procedures. Decisions affecting the overall functioning and management of the departments remain the responsibility of the Department Heads and the Administration Coordinator – Allied Health. The department also provides NDIS funded services to eligible patients.
