The Company: Focus Talent Management is a boutique talent agency representing professional actors, singers, and dancers 18 years of age and up. Artists signed work across film, television, theatre and live events. The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Talent Agent to join our Actors Division. This role is central to the agency’s success managing the roster, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between talent, clients, and casting directors. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry connections, particularly within the acting space, and a passion for supporting and growing talent in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a dynamic roster while working closely with an established agency. Location: The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park, NSW What you’ll do: • Manage, maintain, develop and grow a roster of clients in the Acting Division, including actors, singers and musical theatre performers. • Submit talent to casting directors, producers, and casting sites based on briefs for projects across Musical Theatre, Film, TV, and Theatre. • Coordinate and schedule auditions, meetings, and appointments for clients • Handle administrative duties and maintaining client database files (deal memos, headshots, CVs, and other materials). • Provide general administrative support, such as managing correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management. • Assist in creating and managing social media content related to the agency. • Prepare talent for auditions and jobs, ensuring all logistical and professional needs are met.
