We currently have two restaurants and two childcare centres all based in the North West of Melbourne. We will be increasing to 4 childcare centres by the end of 2027. This is an exciting new role! STRATEGY & PLANNING Develop and maintain a rolling 3-month marketing calendar for both hospitality venues Plan campaigns around key dates such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, AFL Grand Final Week, Spring Racing Carnival, Melbourne Cup, Christmas functions, EOFY and other relevant periods Collaborate with venue teams / Treetop Early Learning to align marketing initiatives with business goals Provide weekly briefings to the teams across our Hospitality and Childcare on upcoming content, events, and campaigns SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Content creation and scheduling for both venues: 4 posts per week (2 reels, 1 carousel, 1 static or additional content) 1 additional post per month for Live Music lineup TikTok videos each week Instagram Stories: Regular story posting 1 additional story per week highlighting the Weekly Music lineup 1 story each morning on Live Music days featuring that day's artist Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Track and optimise performance of all social campaigns, including Treetop Early Learning. DIGITAL MARKETING Monthly EDM sent to ME&U customer database, covering promotions, upcoming events, seasonal offers and venue updates Update website content regularly, including menus, event details, specials, and "What’s On" Write and publish one blog post per month per venue, aligned with campaign and SEO goals GRAPHIC DESIGN (CANVA) Design and prepare marketing materials including but not limited to: Event flyers and promotional graphics Updated menus Email and social media visuals In-venue signage and collateral Maintain consistent brand style and tone across all designs while upholding individual brand identity REPORTING & ANALYTICS Prepare and submit a quarterly report covering: Social media performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) Paid campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions) EDM results (open rates, click-throughs) Website performance (traffic, updates, click-throughs) Share key insights and actionable recommendations with the broader team Use data to inform future campaigns, improve content strategies, and identify new opportunities We are committed in providing a secure and inclusive environment that promotes the safety, well-being, participation, and empowerment of every child.
