Marketing Contractor (3–6 months) — National Retail Brand Location: Melbourne (Hybrid) Contract: 3–6 months (start ASAP) Reports to: Marketing Manager / Head of Brand The role We need a hands-on marketer to keep campaigns moving across digital and in-store while the team is flat out. You’ll jump in, pick up briefs, and help get work live without a long ramp-up. What you’ll do Roll out campaign activity across digital, retail and print Work with creative, media and production partners to hit deadlines Manage approvals and artwork trafficking; keep assets tidy and on-brand Help run weekly promo calendars, launches and in-store POS Publish content across email, social and the website (using existing tools/templates) Track activity and pull simple reports with clear takeaways Keep brand consistency tight across every touchpoint Lend a hand to the team during busy periods What you’ll bring 2–5 years in marketing (retail/FMCG or multi-site is a plus) Solid campaign coordination skills and comfort juggling multiple tasks Practical experience with email, social and CMS tools (e.g. Meta, Mailchimp, Canva) Strong attention to detail and follow-through Able to start quickly and work with minimal supervision Why this contract Work with a well-known consumer brand during a busy trading window Real ownership of day-to-day delivery Supportive team, quick decisions, no fuss Competitive day rate and flexible hybrid setup For any questions contact lsmith@fourquarters.com.au between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
