I am looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join PDL for a 12-month contract and lead national marketing efforts and execute strategic marketing initiatives that grow membership and elevate the brand. Description Drive marketing initiatives to meet business goals and grow membership. Oversee brand strategy, member communications, and advertising across all channels. Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, especially membership renewals and constitutional communications. Use insights and trends to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities. Manage editing and copywriting for alerts, media releases, promotional materials, and digital content. Coordinate national events and sponsorships across industry, university, and professional categories. Improve user experience, manage CMS, and publish content online. Lead the marketing team, support professional development, and manage the marketing budget for ROI. Profile A professional with 8 years experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. A candidate with strong leadership skills, experience managing a team and proven success executing campaigns. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Skilled in writing, editing, presenting, and visual content development. Ability to multitask, make decisions, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with systems, web development, user experience, and tools like ClickDimensions, Dynamics 365, and Adobe Creative Suite.
