Job Description Reporting to Praveen our Director of Culinary you will be assisting our culinary team with daily operational aspects of the kitchen and related outlets from buffet breakfast to Pumphouse Bar and restaurant to in room dining and function services. What will you be doing: Prepare and ensure availability of mis en place as required. Organise an assigned section and ensure it runs efficiently and productively. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards. Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage. Have stock control procedures implemented and maintained.
