As Group Operations Manager, you'll balance oversight of high-capacity, multi-dimensional pubs with a focus on maintaining the strong performance of stable, gaming-led properties. Working closely with venue managers and the senior leadership team, you'll provide operational guidance, build capability, and deliver both growth and consistency across the group. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of large-scale venues Leading, mentoring, and developing venue management teams to achieve operational excellence Driving performance across food, beverage, gaming, and entertainment divisions Ensuring compliance, risk management, and responsible service standards are met consistently Collaborating with ownership on strategy, budgets, and business development opportunities Identifying and implementing efficiencies to improve profitability and customer experience About You This is a senior role requiring a proven operator with experience at group or multi-venue level.
