ConsultANZ is seeking a Junior Estimator/Junior Quantity Surveyo r in Perth. This role involves cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for mining and civil infrastructure projects, offering hands-on experience to develop strong technical and commercial skills. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in preparing cost estimates, tenders, and quantity take-offs under senior guidance. Support the commercial team with contract administration, variations, and progress claims. Review project documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure pricing accuracy. Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining competitive quotations. Maintain accurate cost data, pricing records, and project documentation. Prepare cost reports and summaries for senior review. Collaborate with project teams to support accurate delivery and cost control. REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or contract administration. Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with estimating software (e.g., CostX) is an advantage. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
