ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client in Perth — a leading civil contractor renowned for delivering high-quality civil infrastructure and mining projects across Western Australia. The Project Manager will oversee up to four concurrent projects, with a combined value in the multi-million-dollar range, taking full responsibility for all aspects of project delivery — driving progress, ensuring quality outcomes, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of civil works, including earthworks, pavements, drainage, and associated infrastructure. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion. Leading and coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on site. Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Preparing and managing project reports, progress claims, and variations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 20 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with a strong background in project management. Proven track record delivering large-scale earthworks, pavement, and drainage projects; experience with mining projects is highly regarded. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to work FIFO to project sites if required. Full Australian working rights are essential.
