With several new builds secured, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value developments within a stable, well-supported team. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from early design stages through to handover Oversee procurement, contract administration, budgets, and overall programming Lead site teams and collaborate closely with senior management and clients Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders Ensure projects meet D&C, safety, quality, and compliance standards Drive progress, solve challenges proactively, and deliver projects on time and within budget What You’ll Bring Proven experience managing Design & Construct commercial projects valued $15M Strong technical and financial project management skills Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability Experience coordinating teams across design, construction, and delivery phases Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights What’s On Offer Up to $225K Super (depending on experience) Perth-based role — no FIFO or regional travel required Long-term opportunity with a highly regarded WA Tier 2 contractor Supportive leadership, structured systems, and career progression Take the next step in your construction career today.
