What’s the role? This role provides efficient and effective coordination to the Chief Growth, Brand and Marketing Leadership Team supporting 3 x Heads. Key activities include forward planning and diary management support for larger teams, invoicing, recruitment and PeopleHQ management, and travel and mandatory compliance. What do I need? Experience as a high level Team Assistant / Administrative Assistant Strong organisational, problem solving and communication skills Advanced PC literacy (MS Office: Word, One Note, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) Proactive and self-led with the ability to make decisions Detailed knowledge of Westpac systems, policies and processes; specifically PeopleHQ and COUPA Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, liaising with all levels of the Business and our customers, building strong working relationships Why join us?
