About the Role As a Senior Structural Engineer , you’ll play a key role in delivering practical and economical design solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. You’ll collaborate with talented engineers and project managers, contributing your technical expertise while helping to guide and mentor others in the team. Your responsibilities will include: Producing detailed designs, documentation, specifications, fee proposals, and client reports. Applying a deep understanding of structural engineering principles to devise efficient solutions. Managing small to large-scale projects, including pricing, tender submissions, scheduling, and budget management. Ensuring compliance with WHS, QA, and industry Codes. Reviewing work of junior engineers and providing technical guidance. About You We’re seeking an experienced and motivated engineer who thrives in a technical and collaborative environment. You’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. 5–6 years’ experience in a similar role within building structures. CPEng/NER or working toward accreditation. Experience using Etabs, Spacegass, RAM, and RAPT. Strong communication and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail. Site experience (at least one project involving site attendance).
