We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Security and ICT Engineer to join our Sydney Office. This role will allow you to further develop your expertise in ICT and security consulting, whilst contributing to projects both nationally and internationally. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of technologies and will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects across numerous industry sectors under the guidance of highly experienced mentors. As a lead, you will support the growth and development of a talented cohort of security and ICT designers, engage directly with clients, facilitate workshops, and build lasting relationships. We are currently delivering numerous landmark projects across the Transport, Defence, Data Centre, Sport and Entertainment, and Aviation sectors. We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will need to ‘bring ideas to life’. Demonstrated experience in security risk management, master planning, CPTED, and physical security design. Demonstrated experience in ICT design, particularly structured cabling (active design is highly regarded). Strong technical understanding and expertise in ICT and electronic security systems design. Australian citizenship (essential) with a current Defence Security Clearance or ability to obtain. Current NSW Class A Security Licence, or ability to obtain. Qualifications in Security Risk Management, Security Science, Engineering, or a related field. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage and mentor Junior Consultants within the team. Proven ability to win work and to manage finances on projects.
