We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our collaborative finance team. In this hands-on role you’ll ensure accurate and efficient financial operations that directly support our social impact. The Role As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll manage day-to-day receivables, including processing, account reconciliation, and reporting. This is a hands-on role that also requires analytical thinking and sound judgement. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Upload and allocate daily bank statements in Zavanti and Business Central Process rent refunds, bond payments, tenant write-offs, and adjustments Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements Reconcile AR-related general ledger accounts and bank transactions Coordinate weekly direct debits, refunds, and inter-company transfers Prepare monthly debtor reports and tenancy write-off reports Support month-end and year-end closing activities Respond to customer queries and liaise with stakeholders Assist with audits and ensure compliance with credit policies What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-volume accounts receivable role Experience working across multiple entities Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Intermediate Excel skills Familiarity with Zavanti and/or Business Central (desirable) A current satisfactory Police Check Key Capabilities Analytical thinking and problem-solving Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment Commitment to continuous improvement Strong teamwork and relationship building skills Financial literacy and understanding of probity principles Why Join Us?
