Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to consistently high standards. Contribute to menu planning and introduce innovative seasonal dishes. Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency during service. Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff to maintain strong performance. Monitor stock levels, source quality ingredients, and liaise with suppliers. Enforce food safety and workplace hygiene standards at all times. Requirements: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (essential). Proven experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant environment. Strong culinary skills in preparation, flavour balancing, and presentation. Ability to lead by example and perform under pressure. Commitment to continuous learning and excellence in food service.
