Join the dynamic and innovative Student Administration team Fulltime, ongoing position at our Hawthorn campus HEW 6 salary 17% super About the Role We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Higher Education Student Progress Specialist team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating student progress activities across the Higher Education Schools, TNE Partners and Swinburne College. As a Student Progress Specialist – HE, you will support the end-to-end processing and delivery of results for all Higher Education units. Your responsibilities will include assessing and managing special consideration applications, overseeing the submission process for Final Invigilated Assessment papers, supporting progress review activities, and performing a range of general administrative tasks. A key aspect of this role is the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with academic staff and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of student progress services across the institution. About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Significant experience in the coordination of stakeholder /client service functions and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality services to a range of stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to establish and communicate clear priorities from competing demands Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Vocational Education and foundation administrative process and legislative requirements. Excellent attention to detail ensuring a high level of accuracy in organisational matters and written materials Further information about this role can be found in the attached position description.
