Proven ability to manage complex projects and change management activities to deliver organisational and project outcomes, including that of within timeframes and allocated budgets. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team, to respond positively and flexibly to change, to ensure the delivery of business and organisational priorities and strategic objectives. Demonstrated skills in cultivating productive, influential relationships and effectively engaging, communicating, consulting, and negotiating with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, in a flexible and dynamic environment. Proven highly developed analytical and problem solving skills to effectively analyse and assess business system impacts and develop appropriate change management strategies that ensure organisation-wide changes are implemented successfully, with minimal impact on frontline service delivery and business operations. Demonstrated experience in preparing, coordinating and presenting quality advice, briefings and reports to a wide range of stakeholders, and the proven ability to influence strategic outcomes.
