In this role you will support the Commercial Services team within the Operational Group and assist in the development and improvement of business processes and systems that enable the continued management of the functions of Sustainability, Governance, Risk and Compliance and Commercial Performance for Supply Chain Branch. What you'll do Support the Commercial Services team members in project and program-related activities. Assist the commercial services team in specified projects in line with contemporary project management methodologies to deliver products and services to Supply Chain Branch. Monitor and report project related trends and performance against project plans and schedules. Monitor and report on project activities and progress to ensure alignment with corporate goals and to ensure deadlines are achieved. Assist in the preparation and dissemination of project documentation including project management plans and materials for specific project activities associated with achieving project objectives. Extracting data from systems such as S/4HANA and DSS to prepare, collate and analyse reports required for the management of supply chain performance monitoring. About you We are searching for someone who has: Demonstrated record of success and achievement in similar roles in a large, complex business Demonstrated understanding of and experience with administrative processes and systems related to supply chain such as S/4HANA and DSS. Demonstrated ability in supporting project activities such as through developing reports such as status updates and risk registers, and supporting governance groups through taking Minutes and preparing documents for meetings Well-developed interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare very good quality written business communications Demonstrated ability to be responsive and well organised and to manage time and competing priorities effectively Why work with us?
