Your key accountabilities include: Provide high-level strategic and operational direction and advice on issues affecting organisational performance and planning, including budgeting, risk management, strategic and operational planning. Key areas to manage include preparation for the State Budget process, Estimates, Audit and Risk Committee and the Annual Report. Analyse, monitor, and report on organisational performance, risk management and planning in implementing key strategic and operational priorities Undertake research and analysis, and contribute to effective policy, governance, performance management and planning frameworks, systems and processes for the Office of the IGEM. Build and sustain partnerships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders to develop contextual awareness and support the delivery of strategic objectives. Formulate and prepare complex performance reports, plans, briefing papers, Ministerial Briefing Notes, and submissions, ensuring accuracy, alignment with the ministerial standard, and professional presentation within required timeframes. Manage and deliver project outcomes through effective project planning. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
