Embed risk management into Asset Management and Portfolio Planning, including the facilitation of risk forums and integration of risk-based decision-making across all workstreams. Oversee the development and implementation of structured Minor Programs under the PCM Program stream to enhance delivery efficiency and improve cost data quality. Oversee the implementation of a robust cost uplift methodology, improving budget accuracy and increasing confidence in investment planning across the portfolio Provide specialist support for the implementation of Sunwater’s Project, Program & Portfolio Management Framework (P3MF) across the Water Resources Group, including reporting, resource coordination, documentation, and monitoring of project plans. We are seeking a talented individual with a minimum of 7 years' experience in project management roles, delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects or technical programs within asset-intensive or infrastructure environments. You will hold tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. You will also bring: Expertise in financial forecasting, capital planning, and portfolio-level investment planning, with the ability to drive improvements in budgeting processes and investment confidence. Demonstrated experience in designing, embedding, and managing risk governance frameworks, including the integration of risk-based prioritisation into portfolio planning and investment decision-making.
