This is a hands on leadership role within a fast paced production environment, offering stability and career development for the right candidate. About the Role: As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 10 staff, promoting a high performing and collaborative culture, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
