Description We are currently seeking expressions of interest to join our team as a Customer Service professional. You will be part of team in the Contact Centre, taking high volume calls and emails, liaising with external and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the Work Order Management lifecycle. This is fast paced environment, with ever changing priorities. About the Role General office support duties, including customer liaison and response. Provide exceptional levels of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders Provide support to the organisation in operational support activities. Plan and prioritise all work volumes to meet all required timelines and desired outcomes Contribute to overall Work Order Management time-lines Coordinate and liaise with all relevant stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. Manage all stages within the Work Order Management Lifecycle Coordination of field staff attending priority responses Support the management team with any ad hoc duties such as compliance and other administrative type work. About You Experience in a Customer Service role Experience in a similar Operations Centre environment preferred. Demonstrate strong administration skills including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Have an attitude of teamwork and collaboration. Ability to work independently or in a team. Have excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills. A self-starter who isn’t afraid to get in and get the job done, enjoys working in a team and who is confident engaging with all levels of the business.
