Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the ERP project requirements and timelines, collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to plan and implement the project, including gathering and documenting business requirements. Coordinate data migration, develop and implement test plans and end user acceptance testing, to identify and resolves issues or defects, and assist with the design and delivery of training on the upgraded ERP system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current system workflows and translate operational requirements into system enhancements, ensuring improved alignment between business processes and technology solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and systems optimisation, making recommendations to enhance ERP functionality. Act as Finance subject matter expert for various software projects and implementations. Provide ongoing support to stakeholders to ensure key business issues and emerging trends are readily identified and addressed. Accurately organise and provide financial information which allows internal and external stakeholders of the company to comply with compliance obligations and make timely and informed decisions to achieve the company's goals. Assist with budget preparation. Assist the Accountants and wider Finance team to problem solve ad hoc issues and projects which require a deep level of analysis. Conduct all business activities professionally, ethically and in line with the company values and commitments. To be successful, applicants must hold Tertiary qualifications in Accounting together with sound technical accounting knowledge and ability, and a high level understanding of accounting standards and accounting best practice. They will also have at least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role. Further essential requirements: Significant experience supporting the implementation of an ERP uplift or similar, including gathering and documenting business requirements. Previous exposure to data migration and testing activities, and the ability to understand information systems. Absolute confidentiality. High analytical skills with sound ability to trouble shoot and problem solve. Advanced communication skills, with an ability to build strong internal and external business relationships. Good judgement and the ability to make timely practical and effective decisions. Reliable, conscientious and motivated with a high level of attention to detail. Remain level-headed under pressure. Work well autonomously and in a team, with team-oriented management skills. A salary between $110,000 - $120,000 will be offered to the successful applicant.
