This role is a full-time, permanent, hybrid opportunity based in Ballarat office. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to gain a clear understanding of their financial goals and priorities; Offer tailored financial strategies and investment guidance to support long-term success; Consistently meet or exceed annual growth and revenue objectives; Leverage strong business development skills to build relationships and identify new opportunities; AND Provide ongoing service and customised solutions to retain clients and fulfill their evolving needs. Technical Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a Financial Adviser, having successfully passed the FASEA exam and listed on the Adviser Register, or actively progressing toward completion; Proven experience in delivering holistic financial advice tailored to diverse client needs and circumstances; Strong ability to manage relationships and engage stakeholders effectively across various levels; AND Highly motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving results with a positive mindset.
