In this role, you will support the company's “Go To Market” strategy by signing primarily new partners and increase growth in existing. Running a global sales function with local on ground support from regional leaders. In this role you will also have the autonomy to explore and contribute to new revenue-driving initiatives and approaches to deepen our value proposition and relationships in the channel. Key Responsibilities The success of this role will be measured based on meeting the company’s critical numbers: TTV (total transaction volume) and the number of new partners Immersing yourself in industry knowledge to become a subject matter expert for our partners - and hunting new partner relationships Gaining a deep understanding of the entire partnership ecosystem Supporting the development and continuous improvement of a deal flow process Supporting the identification, prospecting and connections globally Work in collaboration with the broader team to improve on our systems, processes, and playbooks to optimize localized partnership performance. Presenting Banxa suite of products to firms with the purpose of partnering together to drive revenue and mutually beneficial deal flow. Hire and mentor the Sales team members and support their professional and personal development Ownership of setting up and achieving team and individual KPIs for the Sales team Produce and submit reports on general sales activity as per request Who We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy within the payments, fintech, or digital assets industry. Proven track record of driving revenue growth , achieving and exceeding aggressive sales and partnership KPIs , and expanding global transaction volume (TTV). Deep expertise in the payments ecosystem , including on/off-ramp solutions, payment gateways, and cross-border transaction infrastructure. Strong strategic and operational acumen, with the ability to build scalable sales frameworks, optimize deal flow processes, and lead go-to-market execution across multiple regions. Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with global financial institutions, payment providers, and enterprise clients. Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing high-performing commercial teams. Highly skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level relationship management . Data-driven and analytical mindset, adept at using metrics and performance insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
