We’re looking for a commercially minded finance leader who can blend technical excellence with strong business partnering skills. In this role, you’ll oversee core reporting and cash flow management, lead and mentor a small team, and play a key role in shaping the future of the business through strategic projects and M&A activity. What you’ll be doing: Team Leadership – manage and mentor 1–2 staff, fostering growth and capability within the finance function Month End & Reporting – ensure timely and accurate close, reconciliations, and management reporting Cash Flow & Forecasting – drive cash management, forecasting, and liquidity planning Business Partnering – collaborate with operational leaders to provide commercial insight and support decision-making Budgeting & Planning – lead planning cycles, variance analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives M&A & Strategic Projects – contribute to acquisition analysis, due diligence, and integration of new business units Process & Systems – streamline financial processes and reporting as the business scales rapidly What we’re looking for: CA/CPA qualified with 5–8 years’ post-qualified experience Strong technical foundation across reporting, cash flow, and analysis Demonstrated experience in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders Previous exposure to M&A projects or complex transactions highly regarded Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a small team A hands-on, proactive style suited to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Why this role?
