It is rare that opportunities come up in this stable team The role Reporting to the the Director we have an opportunity to join the Structured finance division as an Associate Director where you will have the scope to focus on new inquiries from lenders and asset classes as well as working in a strong team of Structured Financial Analysts. A considerable amount of variety exists with this opportunity where you be exposed to the Structured Finance process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will consist of the following; • To work within the structured finance requirements for the organisations Financial Services clients across Australia • Support the Analytics team in terms of financial modelling • Manage your written research – both transaction-specific and market-wide • Manage and communicating with external parties for transaction purposes • Actively attend conferences when required About you Our client requires a background in structured finance/securitisation up to a Director/Senior Manager level from either Australia or overseas As a senior Structured Finance Analyst or senior Credit Analyst you must be able to effectively communicate with clients Our client will look at candidates with either a credit or debt markets background from the banking sector or a global Ratings agency. You could be an Australian returning from overseas to Sydney or foreign based candidates who have PR and looking to migrate to Australia with the required skills.
