About the Career Comeback Program Our 12-week Career Comeback program is designed to help talented professionals confidently re-enter the workforce. You’ll join us in a permanent role within our Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) business while receiving wrap-around support, including: A structured induction and re-onboarding experience Personalised career coaching and mentoring Professional development workshops to rebuild confidence and help you thrive from day one A dedicated program manager to guide you through every stage About the team CBA’s Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) is responsible for managing the Group’s relationships with major corporate and government clients and institutional investors. It provides a full range of capital raising, transactional, and risk management products and services. IB&M also plays a critical internal role by delivering equities, markets, lending, and transaction banking execution capabilities to other CBA business units, enabling them to capture opportunities with business customers. The Global Lending Product team has end-to-end accountability for key lending products distributed through both IB&M and Business Banking. This team is crucial in driving improvement in lending capability, process, and client experience. We make decisions on product strategy, design, and roadmap to support IB&M’s growth ambitions. About the role You will contribute to strategic initiatives that drive lending growth and improve client satisfaction. Your work will directly influence our product strategy and roadmap. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across both Institutional Bank and Business Bank to ensure products function optimally and operate within the approved product construct. Collaborate regularly with Relationship teams, Middle / Back-office functions, Risk and Product Finance teams across Institutional and Business Bank to support product enhancements. Independently handle day-to-day product, process, and system queries. Conduct product reviews, risk assessments, product monitoring and reporting. Actively contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving lending outcomes and client experience. Investigate various issues, incidents, complaints, and feedback across the lending value chain. We understand flexibility matters, so we’re open to part-time arrangements (4 days per week) if that works best for you.
