You’ll join us in a permanent role within our Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) business while receiving wrap-around support, including: A structured induction and re-onboarding experience Personalised career coaching and mentoring Professional development workshops to rebuild confidence and help you thrive from day one A dedicated program manager to guide you through every stage About the team CBA’s Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) is responsible for managing the Group’s relationships with major corporate and government clients and institutional investors. It provides a full range of capital raising, transactional, and risk management products and services. IB&M also plays a critical internal role by delivering equities, markets, lending, and transaction banking execution capabilities to other CBA business units, enabling them to capture opportunities with business customers. Our Commodities, Trade and Carbon (CTC) team enables businesses and institutions to create opportunities to drive value, sustainability, and resilience within their global supply chains. About the role Reporting to the Executive Director, Head of Trade Finance Sales, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across CTC, Coverage and Risk. You’ll manage your own client portfolio and play a hands-on role in driving growth through the origination, structuring and delivery of trade finance and working capital solutions for IB&M and SAS clients. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise , build trusted relationships and make a meaningful impact in a supportive and high-performing environment. We understand flexibility matters, so we’re open to part-time arrangements (4 days per week) if that works best for you. This will include: Portfolio management: Drive strong financial outcomes across revenue, risk, NPAT and Profit after Capital Charge for your client portfolio. Strategy and growth: Contribute to client-focused, commercially strategic solutions that support growth across IB&M and SAS. Client and market insight: Build a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses and industries, anticipating their needs and providing tailored solutions. Relationship management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, collaborating to originate, implement, and execute pipeline opportunities. Product and solutions expertise : Leverage CTC’s product suite to develop tailored working capital solutions, partnering with product specialists to continuously enhance client offerings.
