We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founding Partner — helping them stay across business performance, coordinate key stakeholders, and ensure the rhythm of the business runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing complex calendars, inboxes, and travel (domestic and international) Coordinating business priorities, key meetings, and follow-ups across the leadership team Reviewing reports and business numbers, ensuring accuracy and alignment before executive meetings Drafting and preparing high-level correspondence, board materials, and presentations Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, upholding the highest level of confidentiality We’re looking for someone with: Around 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally in financial services, legal, or professional services A background in law (preferred but not essential) Exceptional attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high commercial acumen Excellent communication skills — clear, calm, and confident A team-first approach — collaborative, grounded, and reliable What’s in it for you?
