We are searching for an experienced General Manager that has been working in the real estate industry to join a long standing team of industry professionals based in Sydney's Hills District. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of both the Real Estate industry and business management. Experience in managing a large team with the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently will see you succeed in this incredible opportunity! Here's a little more about the role and what we are looking for The Role - responsibilities include but are not limited to : Team leadership - hosting meetings with different departments including Sales, Property Management, HR & Compliance & Marketing Managing budgets and overseeing company financials Ensuring business compliance with Real Estate legislation Monitoring KPI performance Managing WHS requirements Analysing business metrics and marketing trends to drive initiatives for business improvement Ensure financial and operational practices align with business objectives Coordinating training sessions for CPD What are we looking for Must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in a similar role (within the real estate industry) Must hold a Class 2 Real Estate licence Strong business acumen and A professional with incredible leadership that knows how to bring out the best in people!
