Calibre Workforce is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Bookings & Recruitment Assistant to support our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients and candidates receive fast, reliable, and high-quality service every day. About the Role We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys building relationships and solving problems on the go. As part of our Bookings Team, you’ll input staff rosters, update our booking systems, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless workforce delivery. You’ll be the friendly, professional voice that connects our clients, candidates, and internal team — helping keep operations running smoothly in a busy, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and manage incoming booking requests through our rostering system. Communicate with clients to confirm availability, provide updates, and deliver exceptional service. Build positive relationships with both clients and staff to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, cancellations, and compliance documentation. Support recruitment activities – assist with screening, reference checks, and interviews. Monitor data accuracy and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused workplace. Ensure all staff meet onboarding and client compliance requirements before shift commencement. What You’ll Bring Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
