We’re a boutique team of five engineers who value technical skill, initiative, and collaboration. We also have a Melbourne based civil team and there's plenty of opportunity for social engagement and to jump into other projects further afield too. Your Day to Day You’ll be working mainly in civil design work - for land development and infrastructure projects. You'll know already that this means using 12D to design roads, drainage, sewer, and water. You’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the team, produce documentation for approvals, and have the autonomy to make design decisions while ensuring projects run smoothly. This is a mid-level role with real responsibility and the chance to grow with a supportive, technically sharp team. Salary and Other Benefits You're going to be paid more than what you're on now. We're looking at market rate, depending on your experience and probably in the vicinity of $85k p/a - $110k p/a plus Super. If you have more experience, we'd absolutely consider!
