In this senior leadership role, you'll lead the regional financial accounting function, manage a high-performing team, and drive strategic financial outcomes across Asia Pacific. This is a high-impact role with global visibility, where you'll partner with senior leaders, influence global finance strategy, and ensure operational excellence across diverse markets. You will be responsible for embedding strong financial governance, delivering accurate and timely reporting, and enabling commercial insight through business partnering. Responsibilities Contribute to APAC finance strategy and be a leader in the global finance forums Accountable for regional financial accounting, reporting, and compliance Responsible for the regional financial control framework Manage working capital, including receivables and inventory Oversee regional finance projects and Sales Commission Plan execution Build and develop a high-performing finance team aligned to Cochlear's HEAR behaviours Ensure compliance with country-specific tax, accounting and auditing standards Deliver monthly financial analysis packs and insightful commentary to support decision-making Partner with IT, Procurement, Supply and People & Culture to drive improvements in systems, processes and incentive programs What makes this opportunity unique?
