The successful candidate will bring proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in organisations navigating rapid growth and transformation, with deep commercial acumen and the ability to influence pricing, negotiate complex deals and drive margin improvement. The role requires outstanding leadership capability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
