About the Opportunity Following an internal promotion, we are seeking a Private Bank Executive to join the largest Private Bank team in South Australia. This senior role is pivotal in driving new business and deepening relationships with ultra and high net worth clients and acting as a leader amongst your peers. You’ll partner with key internal stakeholders (including across our Commercial Banking and Major Client Group teams) leveraging your expertise as a multi-disciplinary banking professional to deliver tailored strategies that align with client goals. In this role, you will: Build and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering bespoke financial solutions Offer a full suite of services with a focus on wealth creation, protection, and strategic lending Deliver our client value proposition through exceptional service, tailored advice, and exclusive opportunities Identify new business and referral opportunities through strong internal and external networks Utilise market intelligence to inform client strategies and business development Operate within regulatory and compliance frameworks with integrity and precision About You You’re innovative, driven, and ambitious—with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for client success. You bring: Recent experience in a lending-focused role within Private Banking, Premier Banking, Business Banking or similar Portfolio management experience—commercial portfolio exposure is highly regarded Expertise in consumer/residential lending, including complex lending and investment structures Experience in commercial lending for property-related finance Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high net worth or complex clients Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or a related field (desirable) RG146 certification If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
